Privacy policy

Applies to the Doodle Moments iPhone app and this website.
The short version
Your diary is yours. Doodle Moments is a private journal app: we don't run a server that stores it, we can't read it, and there are no accounts, ads, trackers or AI.
1 · Your days stay on your iPhone and your iCloud
Everything you write (text, photos, captions and the doodles you pick) is saved on your iPhone. If iCloud is on, Apple syncs it through your private iCloud database so your other devices see it too. Only you can read that database; we have no access to it.
2 · Purchases
Apple handles every payment. To know whether you have Pro, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app ID, your purchase history from Apple and basic technical data needed to check a purchase (such as IP address, iOS and app version, and App Store country). It never receives your diary. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
3 · Reminders and widget
The 9 pm reminder is scheduled on your iPhone. The home screen widget reads your days on the device. Nothing leaves your phone for either.
4 · No analytics, no tracking
The app has no analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites. This website sets no cookies.
5 · Deleting your data
Delete the app to remove data on that iPhone. To remove the synced copy, open Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Doodle Moments. You can export your diary from Me → Export my diary first.
6 · Children
We don't collect personal data from anyone, including children.
7 · Changes and contact
