How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold your home screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search "Doodle Moments" and pick Month dots.
My days don't show up on my other iPhone.
Both phones need the same Apple Account with iCloud on for Doodle Moments (Settings → your name → iCloud). Sync can take a few minutes; open the app on both with Wi-Fi.
How does the 7-day Pro trial work?
It starts when you finish onboarding. No card, no sign-up. On day 8 you're back on Free automatically; nothing you saved is removed and nothing is charged.
I bought Pro, but it's not showing.
Open Me → Restore purchase while signed in to the Apple Account you paid with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Doodle Moments → Cancel. Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for.
The 9 pm reminder doesn't appear.
Check Settings → Notifications → Doodle Moments. It also stays quiet on days you've already planted.
Can I get my diary out?
Yes, always free: Me → Export my diary saves a text file with every day, caption and doodle name.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your days are saved on your iPhone and synced through your private iCloud. We can't read them. There's no account, no ads, no tracking and no AI.
Do I need to be good at drawing?
No. You write, and the app suggests a small hand-drawn doodle from your words. You pick it. Free has 8 doodles plus the doodle of the day; Pro opens the full library.
What should I write each day?
One line is enough: what happened, who you saw, what you ate. Add a photo if you like. A minute a night is plenty.
Is this a one line a day journal?
Pretty much. It's micro journaling: a line a day and a doodle, and your month calendar fills up as you go.
Is Doodle Moments free?
Writing today, reading every day, the widget, the reminder and export are free. Pro is monthly, yearly or a one-time lifetime purchase, and the first 7 days of Pro are on us with no card.
Is there an Android or web version?
No. Doodle Moments is an iPhone app and needs iOS 17 or later.
